Not implying any mental issues with this wild Mustang (Equus ferus caballus).  The pose here is exaggerated due to the abundance of horse flies buzzing around.  Apparently these insects like to fly into the horses' mouths and noses, so the Mustangs are constantly bobbing their heads up and down to keep them out.  Black Hills Wild Horse Sanctuary, Hot Springs, South Dakota.
